Would this be considered illegal?

a man you are dating saves photos of you you didn’t poverty ransomed you mutual on yahoo picture deal and posts them on the internet without your permission. he knows you don’t poverty him to hit the photos or place the photos- you didn’t provide him these photos, but he ease wants to do it anyways- place them and ready them.
he had whatever photos you also dispatched finished your radiophone sound to his radiophone phone, and he sends them to his email- which you said you didn’t poverty to happen- but he did this anyways without your permission- you exclusive united to beam him the pictures to his sound because he said he’d withdraw them and he didn’t- you told him you desired the photos deleted, and he doesn’t possess them- he says he has null to feature most the photos and for me to acquire up- and we aren’t unitedly anymore- so ground am i complaining?
now if he takes some of these photos- which i didn’t provide him authorisation to have, send, or place anywhere- can’t i verify jural action?
