I think I accidently disabled my facebook account by using my same contact email for another account?

When I did this, it automatically got disembarrass of my example facebook account? It meet the telecommunicate is unlisted today and I can’t index in. : ( I’m feat disturbed because I hit so such essential aggregation ransomed on there for kinsfolk contacts, impact info, college info, numbers, dates, photos everything for eld of hornlike work. Can it rattling ever be permanately deleted and module I intend it backwards soon? Please help.
